— GESTALT COUNSELLING

A space to explore what matters to you

Feeling anxious, overwhelmed or stuck? I offer a collaborative, non-judgemental space to make sense of how things are now and to open up new possibilities. Gestalt counselling – hybrid form: online and in-person in Cambridge, London and Mexico City.

Rather than analysing your past, we will focus on making sense of how things are now so that new possibilities can emerge.

I work integratively, drawing on Gestalt therapy and other approaches depending on what may be most helpful.

I am a qualified Gestalt psychotherapeutic counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have worked with clients from LGBTQ+ and many other communities through organisations including Mind and The Gestalt Centre London.

My background in music and ethnographic research shapes how I listen closely and without judgement to how people experience their lives, relationships and identities.

Gestalt counselling

Gestalt therapy focuses on increasing awareness of how we experience ourselves, others and the world in the present moment.

Collaborate

We work together at your own pace, with no agenda imposed, to explore what feels most present in your life – situations, emotions, thoughts, bodily responses.

Present-focused

My aim is not to interpret your past, but to support a process of awareness that can open new possibilities for how you experience yourself, your relationships and your life.

Without judgement

A space where you can be curious about yourself freely – open, creative, and without fear of being labelled or diagnosed.

Sometimes there is a specific difficulty; sometimes there is simply a sense that something in life is not quite working.
